Thanks for your call just now which really caught me by surprise as it's a Saturday. The second surprise was you told me that my tenant has no hot water. I was expecting you would then ask me to approve for some urgent repair and prepare for paying the expenses... But No, you then gave me a big relief. You simply told me everything was now fine. You have got everything sorted and you would send the bill to the builder to pay. It's such a comforting statement as I was so happy that you already resolved the problem. The tenant now has its urgent hot water supply and you have contacted the builder for compensation. I don't need to bother with anything in this whole issue. Thanks so much for your prompt action. Not only that my tenant is well looked after but you have saved me all the hassle. And thanks for your courtesy call that you kept me informed of everything but not requiring me any action. This is what I would have expect an ideal property manager would do and you did it. You have added value to your service and I'm sure First National will be proud of having such a wonderful staff.
