Given the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its declaration by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a public health emergency, First National Real Estate Broome is taking considered action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our people and clients.
Real estate is a business where agents deal closely with a wide range of people in many environments so we are implementing practical preventative measures to aid the protection of yourself and others. Whilst we have not been directly affected by a coronavirus / COVID-19 infection, from today 13th March 2020, we will be temporarily:
- Minimising the amount of client (and supplier etc.) meetings at our office and/or outside.
- We will continue to follow the governments advice in other aspects as the situation develops.
- All services that we usually perform will continue as normal but please be aware that turnaround times may be affected by the impact of these temporary changes. Our staff may be working from home much more frequently.
We have made these temporary changes as it is our view that the well-being of our staff and clients is paramount.
Other changes may occur as conditions change, but our commitment to you and to staff remains.
There may be possible maintenance delays due to the lack of building products and this could last for some months depending on the product. This may include replacement of air conditioning units or parts for air conditioners.
