Our Property Management Department Manager, Charmaine (or “Charlie” as we like to call her) knows all too well the difference a dynamic team can make to your investment property. As an owner you want to know your property is being well cared for, maintained and your rental returns maximised.
Our dynamic property management team are passionate about what they do. Highly driven we strive to provide exceptional customer service and were recently recognised from the Canstar Most Satisfied Customers Award this year.
Property management can be stressful and often requires long hours to keep up with the demands of the position. To add value to our customers there can be a lot of additional work that goes on behind the scenes to get the job done or save a landlord money.
We know how much “Charlie and her Angels” are prepared to go the extra mile for landlords and tenants so we would like to promote our “Charlies Angels” as a way of acknowledging the little things that go on behind the scenes. Real Estate is such a highly regulated industry so it is nice to have a bit of fun along the way and also be appreciated for it.
