Broome’s Real Estate market is showing strong signs of improvement. Properties priced realistically are being snapped up and there’s been an increase in enquiries.
Our team at First National Real Estate Broome has sold 8 properties so far this month; they include 6 houses, a unit and a commercial property. Homesales figures show Broome’s median house price is $460,000 and though prices are down 9 per cent on this time last year, it means buyers can afford to live in areas that were previously out of reach.

First home buyers are encouraged to consider how affordable buying is now especially when they take into account what they may already be paying in rent.
