Broome’s Real Estate market is showing strong signs of improvement. Properties priced realistically are being snapped up and there’s been an increase in enquiries.

Homesales figures show Broome’s median house price is $460,000 and though prices are down 9 per cent on this time last year, it means buyers can afford to live in areas that were previously out of reach.
