How can I get started on my investing journey?

Two books I HIGHLY recommend are 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' and 'Why the Rich are Getting Richer' both written by Robert Kiyosaki. If you like the idea of financial freedom and to understand how to make real estate work for you these books are such an easy to read resource that provide so much information. The website has step by step guides and resources to help take your journey further. There is an easy to follow pdf on how to buy your first investment property including how to calculate anticipated returns and begin your portfolio. What an exciting opportunity right at your finger tips.

If you have already read the books or are just beginning below we have listed a few of our current listings that would be worthwhile investment considerations.

Broome offers fantastic investment buying in our current market. In fact in the December 2017 quarter it outperformed the Perth Metro Region with 4.4% change in the median house price. Adding to this is the very positive news for the region on an economic level with potential resource projects as well as the recent announcement of direct Singapore to Broome flights to enable international visitors.
