How can you maximise your exposure online when selling?

In a slower market you may consider tightening your purse strings when it comes to advertising your property. Whilst decreasing your advertising spend can be tempting when the market is not at its peak, investing in that little bit extra upfront can actually pay off in the long run.

How? Quite simply, advertising increases the exposure of your property. More exposure means more buyers through the door, which drives competition and can ultimately result in a higher price for your home. 

So how can you gain more exposure for your property? The most effective strategy is to run a promotional blitz as soon as your home hits the market. Think of it as your opportunitiy to utilise a variety of marketing techniques to compliment each other and meet your potential buyers where they may be looking. 

The perfect example of this is searching on google for a holiday destination and then everytime you visit facebook or other websites you're constantly being shown advertisements for the holiday you had searched days before to keep it front of mind.
