I would just like to comment on the service given by Alana Owen.

I rang her late on Saturday morning in urgent need of a copy of rates etc as I am in Perth at the moment and unexpectedly need these. I asked the questions of her and she was so understanding. She warned me that she may not have access to everything but she would do her best. I thought “no problem…I’d be lucky to get anything on a Saturday morning!”

Imagine how impressed I was when an hour later I went to my computer and everything I needed was there. If this is an example of her office skills I would highly commend her. She went over and above her job and left an extremely happy client which reflects directly on your business.

Linda has been exceptional in her service as an employee of First National Real Estate.
