Broome’s property market is going ahead in leaps and bounds at the moment and we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to further their skills and learn all the facets of Sales Administration. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator with excellent computer and customer service skills to provide support to an extremely busy sales team.

You will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard-working teams' day in order utilising your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. We require a motivated team player willing to go the extra mile with an eye for detail. We offer a professional and enjoyable working environment and ideally you will study your Certificate of Registration of Real Estate.

Previous experience in Real Estate is ideal but not essential as the role can be trained to somebody with strong administration and computer skills. The role is Monday to Friday and ideal for somebody who is ambitious, driven and hardworking. The role certainly offers career progression should you decide you may like to move into a selling role in the future.

  • Strong administrative/ computer skills

  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proactive and reliable

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous real estate sales or property management experience
  • Previous administration work experience
  • Understanding of the sales process
