PROPERTY CONSULTANT

We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant OR someone with sales knowledge from another industry.  If you enjoy sales, possess self-determination, drive and motivation to excel in this industry then we want to hear from you! 

Essential Skills Required:    

  • Agents Representative or Estate Agents Licence a bonus but not essential
  • High level work ethic
  • Excellent written, organisation and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Open to career growth, guidance and training
  • Good level of computer & literacy skills.
  • Great presentation, attention to detail and be able to multitask
  • Own car and driver’s license
  • Full time employment Monday-Saturday

You will be completing all the functions of an estate agent in a sales environment including all forms of prospecting for listings, buyer inspections and conducting open for inspections. You will be mentored from a highly experienced and successful sales agent where you can be generating commissions and growing your client base rapidly.

Skills & experience

Experience in Property Management, ideally 2 years minimum along with a Real Estate Certificate (interstate registration is okay).

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

As Broome' s leading real estate company we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. In this role you will successfully manage an existing portfolio of commercial properties, enjoy building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners, conduct routine inspections, negotiate lease renewals and handle maintenance requests.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Cert IV in Property and previous Commercial Property experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy building and maintaining strong business relationships.  
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A driven and motivated individual who regularly exercises initiative and who's always down to collaborate on new strategies and approaches

LEASING MANAGER

We are seeking an organised and professional Residential Leasing Manager to join our PM Team.  This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful applicant to grow & develop with Broome's leading agent.  

Ideally, although not essential, the applicant will have had experience in a similar role or is seeking to further a Property Management career. The position requires you to work with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent negotiation skills with a mature outlook.

We have a happy, high performing PM team and encourage a strong team culture where people want to come to work and our clients feel like part of the family. We pride ourselves on delivering amazing client experiences and our Office has a reputation for working hard together but we also know how to socialise and celebrate our wins. 

The Key responsibilities include :

  • Conducting viewings and presenting properties in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Screening prospective tenant to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
  • Negotiating lease terms and conditions 
  • Recording and updating details of prospective tenants into our computer database  
  • Verification of applicants information via on 2Apply online computer system. 
  • Ability to also work in a Team environment and attend weekly Team Meetings
