I am the Leasing officer at First National Real Estate Broome and my main focus is leasing properties to quality tenants. I handle all of our rental enquiries, phone, internet and email and arrange viewings when required. 

I offer an immediate service where potential tenants are able to count on me to find them the ideal home.

How Does it Work? 
  • We advertise the Open Times via our Quick Register Inspection program.
  • These are uploaded to various real estate industry websites so that our Inspection times and dates for your property are listed online. Our system shows numerous (nominated) inspection times allowing more prospective tenants to view your property. 
  • After a tenant books an inspection they receive an instant confirmation. are also sent reminders, via sms and/or email about their upcoming inspection one day and then one hour in advance
  • Our system is a genuine 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week service allowing tenants to book after hours (more than 40% of our enquiry comes in outside business hours).
  • This means we have accurate, real-time data about the amount of interest in your property which allows us to tailor strategies to ensure your property is rented as quickly as possible. 

The rental market has been improving as we move towards our Tourist season. As a part of our PM Team, we have been in high gear working hard to get properties leased. So far this year we have leased 50 properties.  Our results from REA show that our agency is well placed for leasing in front of our competitors.
