Renting Information
We understand that sometimes laws, rules and regulations can become quite confusing, particularly when people are renting properties for the first time.
Our Agency aims to assist Tenants with a Tenancy Handbook which is provided to them when they first move into a property to provide a simple and clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of tenants.
We make every endeavour to let out properties in a clean and tidy condition, and to make properties attractive to you.
Inspecting a Property with us
We recommend all of our properties be personally viewed (either by yourself or a third person) to avoid any confusion between you and our Agency.
Some properties have Open Inspections while others are by Private Viewing only.
Once you have made a selection of properties you would like to view, please contact our Agency to make a time to view a property. As we have 6 Residential Property Managers all managing various properties, any appointments need to be arranged and coordinated.
No property should be entered into without a Representative from our Agency as the Owner or current Tenant may still be living there. Our Agency reserves the right to refuse your Application if you enter onto the premises without permission.
