QR Code Competition

We are offering 1 lucky WA Resident the chance to win a Brand New IPhone.

TO ENTER:

  1. Simply download a free QR Code reader to your 3G mobile phone.
  2. Scan the code featured right with your mobile, select go on line, play video, and watch the property presentation.
  3. Email alert@broomerealestate.com.au with your full name, phone number and what the last photo is featured in the video presentation.
GETTING THE QR CODE READER IS EASY. Choose from the following: (please note standard mobile data charges do apply).
  1. If you have an iPhone: Go to iTunes Store, download and install the I-nigma application.
  2. On the mobile web: Go to www.reim.mobi on your mobile and follow the instructions. The QR Code reader software will automatically identify your handset type, download & install the QR Code reader.
  3. By SMS: SMS the word ‘code’ to 1999 CODE (2633). This service is available to Telstra, Optus, Virgin, 3 & Vodafone mobile customers. A 55c charge applies for sending the SMS.
With the QR Code reader installed on your mobile, you will be ready to decode mobile barcodes and connect direct to the mobile internet. Of course you will need internet service from your provider.

Once installed, depending upon your mobile phone, the application is generally stored in the "Applications" folder on your mobile phone. Open the application & this will turn your phone’s camera into a "barcode scanner" capable of reading QR Codes.

Open the application, place the camera view over the QR Code & scan it. The reader will automatically scan the QR Code and take you to the reim.mobi URL.

  1. Information on how to enter and about the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of First National Real Estate Broome (the Promoter), and each of their respective subsidiaries, and any other agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. The competition commences on Thursday 24th June 2010. Entries close at 11:59pm (EST) on Thursday 29th July 2010.
  4. All entries and subsequent data given to the First National Real Estate website are subject to our privacy policy.
  5. Part of each entry is a valid contact number and email address. Each email address may only be used to enter once.
  6. If there are more than one highest similar score entry, the winner will be selected randomly among them.
  7. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted to receive the IPhone and their picture taken for marketing purposes.
  8. The winners will be notified by the email or mobile phone number. Results will be published in the Broome Advertiser on Thursday 12th August 2010.
  9. The prizes (or any unused portion of the prizes) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of taking the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to request that a winner provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
